
Jeff has a broad background in many types of litigation, including commercial, insurance coverage, employment, real estate, and construction. He also has experience in e-discovery matters, personal injury cases, patent litigation and environmental litigation.
Jeff’s competitive nature, which knows no bounds, enhances his litigation ability. In his litigation practice, Jeff’s process consists of evaluating the client’s desired result along with the likelihood of success, and then planning out the most efficient course of action to achieve that result. Jeff understands the risk-reward component that exists in every aspect of litigation, and always tries to help his clients make the decisions that will benefit them the most, regardless of the merits of their cases.
Having been a music major in college, Jeff is passionate about discovering new music and attending concerts. Jeff is also an avid traveler, but when he isn’t traveling in real life, he can also be found doing so through a book.
